Our service is free for buyers; we may be paid by developers when a buyer we introduce proceeds. We are not an estate agent acting for the buyer and we do not provide legal, financial, mortgage or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any purchase decision.

2. Accuracy of listings

Listing information (including prices, availability, specifications and images) is sourced from developers and other third parties and may change without notice. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the developer or their sales team before relying on them.

3. Using the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or another person’s details without authority.
